RETURNS POLICY:
Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item purchased, for any reason, in the same condition that it was received, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). All returns must have a return authorization number on the package which may be obtained by calling us. There are no claims or returns allowed on used goods.

If an item is returned because of defect, we will send another at no freight charge to you. If an item is returned for any other reason, we will send the replacement item with an additional freight charge.
